For the moment, Luke's own vibes are just mildly annoyed... kind of sulky... but they also recede when he sees Dion, who he greets with a nod.]

Eh... it was a long shot. I was trying to modify this to pick up on other frequencies, but it's not powerful enough.

It would've let me listen in on communications that might've been going out, or coming in. Probably not anything between them and Nut & Bolt, but right now, any information would be better than none.

[HELP DION IS SO CUTE!!! Also "courier pigeons" is probably the most solid clue for Dion's era so this is going to be very useful in figuring out how to explain things to him in understandable terms.]

That was my hope... but it's not powerful enough. I didn't really think it would be, but I had to try.

Probably not with what I've got here. Back home, I'd have a whole building full of equipment, but I doubt the senior crew will let me get my hands on their stuff.
