I think I am currently preoccupied with real pain, but I have heard that phantom pain can be quite persistent. Luckily I do know some methods of dealing with it.

Ah. It doesn't seem as though the pods can regrow limbs. But there was an option to receive a mechanized replacement, similar to Metis.
