The Raven Consort does not change if a new emperor takes the throne. For every other consort, they must vacate the inner court if that happens.
The current emperor recently came to me with a request to save a ghost, which I fulfilled, and I have told him that if he has no request for me, to stop visiting me, but he has yet to listen.
