That's the one. Though I had hoped to find anything more earlier today, I... suspect the ship has little more than consumption and hunger on its mind, and so we will be unable to find much of anything else. It would seem it is already processing data on which worlds are viable for consumption, as well. So, while I'm afraid I have nothing new to report, I would say this single-minded desire to devour is worth noting.

I see. So if I am following... it was the lotus planet that infected the ship, and has implanted this desire to consume other planets?

Uhh... I don't really know much about this lotus planet place aside from secondhand info, but...

But if that information is correct, then it is a fairly solid theory. I am beginning to think of it as a parasite with little faculty to think beyond its unsatiable hunger rather than a being with any real ill intent.

I see. Have you evidence of it consuming planets before this?

Nothing about before, it's just a lot of what it wants to do from here on out. Even the planets we've visited before are in danger.

So it is growing worse.

Meaning it is not enough to simply escape.

Nnnnope. If we don't end it here, then sooner or later? Everything we know will be ended, instead.

Well then, at least our powers have been restored to us.
