A revival takes twice as much mana as my most powerful spells, so it can be exhausting, compared to say, smiting something.

Where others in our cadre are warriors or fighters, I have honed my mana since I was a small child. There is certainly a cost, but for me, it may be lesser than someone who has not practiced as long - though, once I run out, I do need to sleep to restore my energy, so I suppose that could count.
